We left Glass House Mountains Tourist Village reasonably early but we stopped in Gympie to re-supply diesel and a few odds and ends. We arrived at Rainbow Beach around 1 pm but it took about half an hour to organise our access permit, camping fees and barge ticket. By the time we got to Inskip Point it was getting close to 2 pm.
