OOPS ! ! ! Got the right caption on the wrong picture in our last blog - - several other mistakes as well: Death Valley and Lone Pine are BOTH in CA, NOT NV. The Saguaros that were so plentiful were north of Phoenix, not between Lone Pine & Tulare. What we saw between Lone Pine and Tulare were Jashua Trees - - at least we are still able to recognize when we had a senior moment. Here is the ... read more
