Up early as usual, good breakfast, tent packed up and on my way by 730AM. Fairly grey skies with occasional showers. Drove along the estuary of the Nene which is attractively remote. Drove west through southern Lincolnshire (knwon as Kesteven)- Sunday … so not a good day for visiting churches. Took various landscape photos and visited a number of nature reserves. Hi Year two of my three(ish) year journey around the British Isles. First start is a camp site just south of Cambridgeshire. Intend to work my way up through the county visiting Heather & Robb and then returning back south through Huntingdonshire. Then I hope in no particular order to wander through Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire before briefly visiting Southend for mother's birthday.
