Originally today I was going to go to Siena but decided to postpone since if I book two weeks in advance, it's alot cheaper. So instead I went on a day trip to Ostia Antica, which is only a thirty minute train ride outside of Rome. Ostia was a town that was overtaken by Rome and used as a military base.
