Na een deugddoende nachtrust in het excellent uitgeruste hotel, was het tijd voor en stevig ontbijt. We steken de straat over naar "Mel's Place", een typisch amerikaanse diner/breakfast gelegenheid. Ik vlieg er ineens goed in met drie dubbelzijdig gebakken eieren, twe pannekoeken en een flinke lap gebraden hesp.
