Summer Vacation St. Louis-Chicago 2007 Day 1

We boarded Amtrak in Austin on our way to St. Louis. This will be a shorter vacation than usual. I've taken to long 2 or 3 week vacations but I think its time to go smaller this year. We've also decided to give train travel a shot this year. We are taking it to St. Louis, then to Chicago, then all the way back to Austin. We shall see how it goes.
