Mein körperlicher Zustand - Kopfweh, Übelkeit, kalter Schweiss - verbesserte sich nicht wesentlich über Nacht, aber es gab noch einen weiteren Grund meinen Plan, mit dem Rad auf das tibetanische Hochplateau zu fahren, aufzugeben.
