Today we had a ´free´day from the tour group and was able to explore what we wanted in Areqipa. (This is second largest city in Peru, and populates about 700,000 poeple). We went to the Santa Catalina Convert. This still has nums living in some of their grounds. This is really the only cultural thing we did today other than wandering around the Plaza.
