Ljubljana and Lake Bled June 25th 2008 We arrived in Ljubjana and Carmen directed us to a closed off area with steel bollards blocking the small cobble stone streets. Obviously, changes have been made to the city and the old part of the city has been closed off to traffic other than to cyclist, skaters and pedestrian traffic.
