Wandered through Banglamphu markets yesterday, which was interesting. It'a a lot like Bali here, but a bit more laid back than Kuta. Had 'pud' thai for lunch/dinner from a street vendor (their translations can be interesting) for 15B, and then had a great pineapple shake - which is basically just pineapple and ice blended together.
