Okay, so that's a soft layer of marzipan on top, followed by a thin layer of angelfood cake, followed by a huge layer of soft, moist, merangue filling with whole fresh strawberries, and then another think layer of cake.

Okay, so it was my last full day in Paris, I slept in until 11am, after turning off my alarm at 9am. I figured I wasn't going to make breakfast before it closed at 10am anyway.
