beer and liquor on the island are really expensive so people try to buy it on the mainland and bring it with them- a whole enterprise of business for people in the town where the ferry is

Arrived in Kuala Besut from Taman Negara and took the fast boat to the islands. The Perhentian islands are made up of two islands, Besar (the larger) and Kecil (the smaller).
