Darwin...

2 countries, 9 airplanes, 1 rental car, 1 helicopter, 5 hotels, 1 BIG (luxury) bus, and many adventures...but who is counting! We arrived in Darwin today (Thursday for us - Wednesday for you). We are staying at the Crown Plaza on the 20th floor. Great views of the ocean...coastal town...beautiful! Warm - 85 or so...not quite as hot as Ayers Rock but a bit more humid. This is our first travel blog! Tyler (age 12) and Jan (grandma jan) age ? are going to New Zealand and Australia for 3 weeks. When each grandchild turns 12 I (grandma jan) take them on a trip someplace in the world. This is the third grandchild and he picked the destinations. We are going to be cave rafting, zorbing, ziplining, scuba diving, wind surfing, riding camels, and seeing all the great things these two countries have to offer.... full info
