I would'nt say i was dissapointed in cairns, i felt a little under the weather because we knew that our East coast tour is ending here and that everybody we have met long the way are going their seperate ways - Darwin, Thailand, USA, UK.... plus coming from the Whitsundays and Fraser island, cairns is really not that pretty, especially as the sea front is nothing more than a mud bath. I came to the surprisingly easy decision (whilst watching neighbours on TV actually) to trade in my soul destroying job, move out of my house & pack up my things & leave Londons grey skies, rain soaked crowded streets, and the 9-5 repetitious routine of working 'life' for an unspecified number of years of dodging work erm i mean wandering around the world looking for something different/better? a new perspective and to see what living 'life' was like on the other side of the world.
