We are already in Cairns. The first picture was taken in Rockhampton, the best place to eat a steak. It was served raw on the stone heated to 400 C. and it was up to the individual how you cook it. The trick was to cut one piece at the time when you felt it is ready for meat to not to loose moisture. The meat was seasoned only with salt and it tasted the best ever.
