We spent an afternoon at the Melbourne Docklands. It used to be commercial shipping area but has been turned into upmarket residential apartments. The Telstra dome is there too. I found it quite deserted, and it was almost a relief to get back to the Melbourne city area, which is full of people any time of the week.
