Still Thursday 18th October I am now in the town of Tachileik in Myanmar. Probably sounds as though I am on the go and wearing myself to a frazzle. I am a "young" traveller from just outside of Canberra, the capital of Australia and have just recently retired. For the past several years I wanted to do some volunteer work in orphanages in Vietnam and this "dream" came true for me in 2006 and I returned again in 2007 to Vietnam and Thailand.
