I have been to Kenya only once and enjoyed it tremendously. Move away from Nairobi as soon as possible because it is a loud, polluted and miserable place to spend any length of time in. I only spent two days there before heading out to the Masai Mara in Western Kenya. I bought a 7 day package from a tour agent in central Nairobi for appx. us $290 which was a bargain to me.
