I have been to Kenya only once and enjoyed it tremendously. Move away from Nairobi as soon as possible because it is a loud, polluted and miserable place to spend any length of time in. I only spent two days there before heading out to the Masai Mara in Western Kenya. I bought a 7 day package from a tour agent in central Nairobi for appx. us $290 which was a bargain to me. It included all meals and sleeping accom. in tents within a Masai camp. I will never forget Kenya and the many different tribes of people to be found there. Everyone is so helpful and very curious about YOU. Dont be afraid to go up to people and talk to them. Here are a few pictures from my time in Kenya.
