I spent the day hiking through the mountains of Chapada dos Guimaraes with the sun at my back and was rewarded with stunning views of the many waterfalls! Chapada dos Guimaraes is about 60 km outside of Cuiaba and is known for its beautiful valleys and gorgeous waterfalls. Unfortunately, my guide only spoke Portugues and a bit of Spanish and English.
