I spent two years in this area living in Somerset Kentucky , just off Lake Cumberland . While living there i was taken to these falls in lake Cumberland State park . I had never been to these falls before , inspite of the fact that my father grew up in the hills of this state ,and i spent many a summer as a child and young adult in Kentucky .
