I was woken up at about 5:30 by some noisy Virginian bird. Managed to go back to sleep until about 7:45. I went downstairs to read without bothering Ross, and was soon discovered by Boo and little Conor. He is soooooooooo cute, with the softest dark brown hair and the biggest brownish eyes--what a doll. Tell us a bit about yourself... this information will appear on your page. I was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa on June 2, 1970, and emigrated from there to the US in March, 1983 with my parents and 2 sisters. On June 9, 1979, however, my family embarked on an adventure that changed my world--we took a 7-week trip to England, the US, Canada, and Germany. I was fascinated by the way people lived in other places. I enjoyed new taste sensations(humbugs and Dr Pepper) and sights beyond my imaginings (fireworks on the 4th of July, that field of roses in Germany). I still love to travel... full info
