Daly River, Litchfield and Crab Claw Island

From Katherine we drove North to Adelaide River and visited my Great Uncle Jack’s grave at the war cemetery. I was named after my great uncle Jack, he is buried up here as he got sick while in the army in the NT during the war. Jack and Christine

Starting in Cairns and travelling to every good spot we can find this is a blog of Jack and Christine's trip around Australia in 07/08. We left our home base in Canberra in August and have been based in Cairns, Far North Queensland since September. We have a Toyota Hilux 4x4 fitted out and hopefully we can make it to some of the remostest parts of the country.
