High seas.

It's hard to capture the reality of the water on the camera; the angle and height of the wave in front of the boat gives a little indication of our ride.

Happy Father’s Day! We started out of Smuggler’s Cove under an overcast sky and awakening seas. By noon, the seas had risen to 2-4 foot swells, the sky had cleared and the sun was shining, and we saw two whales! They were as beautiful as those National Geographic photos say they are.
