I joked, prior to our visit to Japan, that I'd be on the "rice and noodle diet." That didn't turn out to be too far from the truth. With very few exceptions, I dislike most seafood, so I knew eating would be a challenge for me while we were in Japan. Jeremiah, on the other hand, will eat anything you put in front of him.
