River damage

Tamar and I pose on the rocks of the river which only weeks earlier had tore through the valley (notice the fallen trees on the sides of river).

We arrived in Chaing Mai in the early morning having taken the overnight but from Bangkok. We spend only a few hours in the town before deciding to head further north to the viallage of Pai.
