This is York Castle - not really a castle, just the one building that remains of the original castle.

We went to York on Sunday. York is an interesting place with lots of history from different time periods - Roman, Saxon, Viking, Medieval etc. We spent most of the day walking around town, including walking around the wall that goes around the old part of the city.
