We left Kho Tao on the 17th and made our way back to Mae Head, where all the boats leave from. We planned to take the (Songserm) express boat to Chumphon then bus to Bangkok. We got a joint ticket for both the boat and bus journey, well worth doing as there was a connecting bus from the boat pier to the bus station in Chumphon.
