Some very colourful and tame parakeets joined us while we packed up our van, one of which perched on my head. We headed back up to Sydney. We found Botany Bay - parts of which are disappointingly industrial. Whilst at the car wash prior to dropping off the van there was a tremendous storm which we later learnt caused flooding in parts of Southern Sydney.
