Gourmet Peruvian Dining

Our chef was hands down a five star chef. We were served five course Peruvian and vegetarian dishes daily, two meals per day, along with hearty hot breakfasts and complete with a baked cake on our final meal. All the more amazing when you realized every last item - foodstuffs, cookware, dishes, tables, tents, and water - had been carried up and down the mountains onthe backs of the very strong porters.
