rich selection for your hot pot

Just an example of the rich assortment of meats and vegetables to choose from. They are all nicely skewered to make it easier for us to cook and eat with. Can you imagine the labor involved? 1 yuan a skewer. BTW, sorry for the blurry picture. I didn't think shining an obnoxious flash into these people's eyes would make me many friends.
