Got away from Gawler around 10am on 31st May and hit the road for six hours getting to Kimba at around 4.30. It was a good drive on a really lovely sunny day passing through Port Augusta and Iron Knob. Kimba is a rural service town and is one of the major wheat producing areas of South Australia.
