Zielona Brama

Zielona Brama - Green Gate. Built in 1564-1568. Rebuilt and restored in 1950-1953. The structure included state apartments repurposed as a museum in 1879 and as the National Museum in Gdańsk from 2004. At the east end of Długi Targ (Long Market). "The Lange-Markt is terminated on the E. by the Grüne Tor, erected in 1568, which contains the natural history and prehistoric collections of the West Prussian Provincial Museum".--Baedeker 1910.
