Today was Jomhod’sf irst day training since his bike accident. His kicks are still as powerful as ever and the echo through the gym is impressive. He fights middle of next month. I wish him the best!. Oh, and that’s me in the background…

Monday - Day 11

Slept very well last night. Seems I was tired from my day off…. Woke up to the alarm and wished I had more time to sleep. Needed a little stretch before breakfast, and made it a quick stop for some fruit and coffee. I’m surprised I’ve held up so well with all the running.
