Back from the Reflection Canyon

Due to several hours of rain the dirt road turned into a river of mud. Even our well-equipped Jeep would sometimes behave more like a boat rather than a car. First, we met a car with its front stuck in a ditch. The situation looked difficult, considering that the car had a front drive only. Being prepared for such an eventuality, we lent a shovel to the driver and then we help to push the car out. Further down the road we met a slightly panicked woman in a white SUV. She stopped in the middle of the road, since every move was pushing her car closer and closer towards a big prism of mud. When I approached her to find out if everything is ok, she asked me the question "how do I drive here?" (photo by Łukasz)
