The best country I've found for food is probably a surprise
I have been thinking that maybe I should try a food themed trip some day. But so far I've never done that. But like anybody I appreciate good food. The best country I've been in when it came to food is probably a big surprise to many people. It was Bulgaria. Not the tourist resorts and not the Sofia. It was the corner restaurant in the smaller cities and the roadside places in the middle of nowhere that had the best food. Also, the coffee in Bulgaria was the best I've ever had. And the food and the coffee was so cheap. /Ake

The best country for food
The U.S. would make for a grand food trip. NYC is a taste treat all in itself. The NE has such amazing seafood and cowders. New Orleans for "cajun" anything... seafood and gumbo, Several states for BBQ. You can hit the sound for collard greens and friend chicken... which we ate last weekend because we were tired of ribs. It is easy to eat your way across America. Thanks for reading and commenting.
