This visitors center was across the highway from the RV park.

This morning the sun was bright and the area was drying out and warming with the high to be 68 degrees. We had a leisurely breakfast as our drive today was only 33 miles. For us traveling was something we always planned on doing in our retirement. Thankfully retirement came in April 2014. It took us a while to settle into our retirement home in Arizona. Last year we started a blog for family and friends as a way to take them along on our 5 month trip to Alaska. It turned out we enjoyed the blog as much or more than our followers because it was a reminder of our trip and all the wonderful daily adventures that faded over time.
