On Deck
Chilly but finding ways to warm themselvesWe have had a great time on this cruise?. I think we could have a great time on any cruise...even if it were on a shrimp boat ?; especially if Sam & Sandy were along for the ride. It gets more and more difficult for me to do everything we are experiencing and then try to record it for the blog. My mind become boggled keeping it all straight. ? I am now trying to figure out the remainder of this wonderland on water using my photos. If it seems confusing and jumbled....sorry.....just try and go with it best you can. As I sometimes say to Cory "Suck It Up!" ? Some of the photos displayed in this blog depict topics I covered in the previous blog. Hope your memory is good.....my photographic memory has run out of film.
Thursday, Day 4, was spent cruising the high seas towards home. We have found this cruise a bit chilly because of the wind. However, when directly in the sun ? around the pool, we were able to suck up some of the warm sunshine that beat down on us. Cory and Sam basted in it. There was a belly-flop contest and
sexiest man contest at the pool. Neither Cory or Sam chose to participate. Too bad. We are sure they would have won the "sexiest" man contest. Oh, well.....next time, maybe. We saw some of our friends from Tropical Palms throughout the cruise. We met new friends we had not met before who are living at TP. That was really nice. Like a big block party.
The final dinner in the formal dining room included a mass gathering of all the dining staff crew, chefs and the head person of them all. Lulu did not miss the chance to grab another picture of herself with one of the Chefs and staff members. What a ride she has had. She had such a wonderful time. We trolled the halls of this gorgeous ship to the theater for the final show. The entertainers did short reviews of various Broadway shows. ? Very talented...Bravo, Bravo! ?Too much fresh air today......my eyes fell shut as we skipped along the halls again. More like a turtle crawl than any skipping. I felt Iike Helen Keller. ? Water splashed in my face, coffee slugged down....nothing worked. I had to cave.....it was a good night to go

Kind of Fancy Couple in casual wear to bed. The ship was rocking more than before.? I walked like I was three sheets to the wind?getting back to our stateroom. Once in bed, it was just like someone was rocking me to sleep in a hammock. What luxury and comfort. One minute and I was out like a light! ? We had packed our suitcases earlier (Thank, God) because we had to place them out in the hall this evening to be picked up and taken to baggage claim area. Oh, yes, each night we had an animal created out of towels on our bed. Lulu thought they were made just for her. She was quick to claim them. Morning came quickly. We grabbed our carry-on bag and headed to the dining hall for our last breakfast. From an over abundance of a multitude of breakfast foods, I am finally down to a cup of coffee ☕️, water and a slice of toast ?. The glutenous, over- indulging ritual I had utilized throughout this cruise has come to an end. We assembled in a waiting area for our call to debark the boat and go through customs. It was uneventful. Our bus was a little late but

Lulu poses with the Chef and Maître De soon we were back on it and heading West. ? We arrived at Tropical Palms around 11:30 AM. Back on terra firma and back at our RV. The saying is so true: Time Flies When You Are Having A Good Time! Our time went by faster than the speed of sound. Whizzzzz.We hope you enjoyed yourself as you sailed along with us in your comfy chair or couch.? Welcome home! ?
