Me and Amy went out last night for what was supposed to be a few quiet drinks and an explore. We found a guy called Tom wandering lost on the streets. We couldnt offer any directions as we were clueless but we did tek him with us for a drink. He was born in NZ but lived in Salisbury for 19years. He was a very nice guy and him and Amy got on exceptionally well, leaving me to caress my beer. Was an odd night because of easter and strange licensing applying. such as you couldnt enter a bar after 1 but they were open till 3.
We had a laugh in 'The Grumpy Mole Saloon' as it was shamelessly shamelessly cheesey and it was hoedown Thursday so that meant $3 beer. NICE. We moved on to Sullivans which was an irish bar where i was abandoned by the love birds. Some guy felt that "I have a girlfriend but I find you really attractive" was a good chat up line!...SMOOTH

Spent the day chilling out in the botanical gardens. No where was open as its good friday but there was a crazy street performer juggling knives...he was really impressive!
Lots of people were in the gardens and out in boats on the river. Loads of kids feeding the ducks or playin in kayaks. Good job its a gloriously sunny day.
