Wednesday 28/1/15 WellingtonTook a ride in the Wellington cable car (funicular really) it goes up the hill with a couple of stops and ends in a large botanical garden. We followed the downhill route back to the city through the gardens, had a coffee stop in the rose garden and emerged into the city through an old cemetery. Arranged to meet Jamie on Cuba St for tea, still quite strange to meet people out of context but not quite so bizarre when it's planned. Nice Italian (gluten free pizza base - no cheese!) A few drinks in another bar and another quite late night.
