Taupo is south of Hamilton and situated in the centre of the North Island and a very popular tourist attraction, which bosts one of the best lakes in the world (Lake Taupo). After completing uni it is time for me to settle down and start to look for a career. Instead I have decided to pack my bags and travel for 6 months. Flying out on the 29th September 2008 my first call is New Zealand. Here I will be playing and coaching cricket for 6 months for Hinuera CC based in Matamata. My role is simply to coach on a Friday night and play cricket on a Saturday for Hinuera, and then two nights of coaching for a ‘Have a Go Cricket’ Programme called Milo Cricket.
