We then drove from Mt Maunganui via Okere Falls to Rotorua. We tooks some great pix while traveling around the western side of Lake Rotorua (see Pix).

Its now 1630 hrs (4:30 pm) and we have checked into the Rotorua Royal Lakeside Novotel, have unpacked and are relaxing. I have sent Wendy to the bathroom for a bath to unwind. She is currently in there relaxing complete with a glass of Pernod and girlie mag in hand. Of course I’m relaxing here online typing this up. See the first pic of our hotel room view.
