After leaving Australia for our 13 day driving holiday in March for New Zealand's North Island we arrived after our flight . We picked up our hire car to drive to our accommodation in Auckland for 1 night . Once we had settled into our room we went to explore what was around our hotel . Then went back to our room to have dinner at the Hotel before retiring to our room for the night . After a restful night had breakfast and walked around the area where we were staying before heading off on our next destination .
