My two years working at the American Consulate in Guangzhou, China is complete. I am off to new adventures at a new location. I am now working at the US Army Missile Test Range on the island of Kwajalein in The Republic of the Marshall Islands. DCCB: As of this time, this building is being used as a warehouse for reutilization items. However, It was originally built to hold a radar (one of a world wide network) to detect missiles fired anywhere around the world. Everything in the building was shock isolated and reinforced to withstand a direct nuclear hit and still operate. One other point: the grounding was for NEMP (Nuclear Electro Magnetic Pulse) as well as other things, and every pipe that came to the building was so protected.

As can be seen by the coconut trees, the winds blowing across Kwajalein comes mostly from the east.

Dome houses on Kwaj. Easy to take care of as salt air does not effect them as much as wood houses.
