Marshall Islands - Kwajalein - Summer 2018DCCB: As of this time, this building is being used as a warehouse for reutilization items. However, It was originally built to hold a radar (one of a world wide network) to detect missiles fired anywhere around the world.
Everything in the building was shock isolated and reinforced to withstand a direct nuclear hit and still operate.
One other point: the grounding was for NEMP (Nuclear Electro Magnetic Pulse) as well as other things, and every pipe that came to the building was so protected.
