…ZERO: Which is the number of flights we’ve taken in a year of travelling. Not only that, but it’s the number of days we’ve been in employment in the last 12 months. It’s also the chances of me ever finding employment again (other than as an extra in a remake of “Oliver”) if I don’t buy some new clothes, have a bath and cut my hair (for further consequences of long hair, refer to T... The early pilot of "Sex and the City" called simply "Trams and the City" failed to take off. It was felt that Carrie Bradshaw would be better suited to writing a society column for a high profile New York newspaper rather than a technical column in "Tram Enthusiast Monthly". Sex sells: Tram's don't.

"Neighbours, everybody needs good neighbours." This is two fingers to the Melbourne Tourist Information Centre that told us it was impossible to go and see Ramsey Street without joining a tour group. We done it. No barriers or nothing - just drove up.

It used to be called Germanton but during the war neighbouring towns took the piss out of the residents so much that they decided to change the name of their beloved town. Completely ignoring the heroics of Captain Buggerington, they opted to name their town after a war hero who didn't even know they existed: Lieutenant Norman Holbrook. If you know of a town looking to name themselves after a war hero, Captain Buggerington is waiting to hear from you.

It was just as we were posing for this photgraph infront of these wonderful historic monuments that a butterfly flew up my ass, completely taking me by surprise.

I took this as I flew with Harry Potter across the whole of Australia on my magic broom. Being a broomstick ace I was able to artfully dodge the wires of the Harbour Bridge - Harry wasn't so lucky. JK Rowling will end the final final final Harry Potter book in exactly the same way, though she'll say it was a giant cheese slice rather than a bridge. Me and JK are like that.

Vik was in heaven. We sat where Angel and Drew made out on the beach and did roley-poleys where Sally dropped her ice-cream. Dammit, I love Home & Away.

Yandies
Hello, I stumbled upon your blog and thought I'd let you know that I really enjoyed reading it. I love your style of writing. A funny blog is a good blog I always say, and yours had me laughing. I thought I should point out as an Australian (with a brain) - the guy who accosted you in Coles in Pt Macquarie would have been asking for 'Mandies', slang for Mandarins, which are just like little oranges. Learn something new every day eh? Keep it up
