Rachel and the Skyline
The view from the top of Kings ParkHello. I know its been ages but we've just been working so hard didnt get a minute to write anything and plus we havent done much to write about either. All the work in perth and I join the one struggling company. Its friday now, i'll finish this sunday after we go to Kings Park and put up some killer photos. Oh yeah, its friday and the aul company i work for gave us all the day off. NO WORK! Have a long weekend ye flamin mongrel. Not to worry back on monday. Rachels working flat out, 15 days on the trot to be precise. Isnt she groovy and far out (watching way too much brady bunch at half 5 every day). Got our little routine goin. 3.30pm-cheers. 4pm-becker(shit,hes so moody...no frasier basically). 4.30pm-family ties. 5pm-happy days(Ayyyy), 5.30pm-brady bunch. 6pm-Sabrina the teenage bitch(ye know your gettin old when you say something your da said years ago...and even then you didnt laugh....joke da :P). 6.30pm-Neighbours (time for a game of switch). 7pm(this is were the fun starts)- Everybody loves Raymond(funniest show EVER!!). 7.30pm-Simpsons(need i say anymore). 8pm-Futurama. Now after half 8 you might struggle to watch something good so this is were
i normally annoy rachel while she watches something she likes. Incase you think were das or something that schedule isnt every night, sometimes we just start at 6 coz we cant miss Sabrina. Gem its from the very start.
The VERY START!!!! Plus we're wrecked from work, up at 5 everyday isnt healthy.

So, funnyish story that happened to me the other morning. Up at half 5 for work(a lie in), went into the toilet to get washed and what not. So im in there happy as larry minding my own business reading a mag and i get a knock on the door. I'll ignore it it happens all the time. Again the knock so i end up sayin ''someones in here'' in my most stupid voice i might add. Next thing i here shocks me to the core to be dramatic. Two english girls outside start trying to talk to me through the door. Im just in there quiet as mouse, hoping they'll go away. Then one asks can they come in. So i stay really quiet. A wedding on the edge of a cliff
Had to take a sneaky pic and stop for a pike said ''someones in here''. Then the loud one goes in here scouser accent(no offence meant cleve), ''can we come in or are you having your big nervy shit before work?''. I was like, oh f***. How am i gona be able to leave here now and face them outside...the shame. Eventually(like 5minutes later) i left and luckily theyd givin up so i just hurriedly ran back to the room and went to work. Never to mention it again. Until now. and also when i told rachel that day. But never again.
A few days before that i get up at half 2 to go the toilet, its a trek btw and ate half 2 in the morning looking like shit you do be prayin no ones up to see the state of you. One of the mornins i got up-pre haircut- the fella on reception was up on the corridor and seen me and he actually jumped and screamed. He's very dramatic but i was embarrassed all the same. May have led to my later on hair cut but who knows i'll ask my pychiatrist later. So anyway, up at half 2 makin my way to the clean toilet
with the only lock on it(i do like the good things in life). Theres a fella lying on the gorund unconscious(if thats how you spell it i never get that one), with sick all around him. I was like a demon after i seen it. I didnt even check if he was alive i know thats bad but i hate sick and the only thing i thought about was gettin out of there without smellin it and dry heaving. So back in the room i couldnt sleep with the guilt of not checkin if he was alive so after a good half hour of debating i done moral thing and went out. He was gone but there was twice the amount of sick left. Didnt really care if he was alright then.
We went down to reception on friday night for a bottle of coke and a bar of chocolate(not real cadburys) but real coke. theres no drinkin after 10 in the courtyard so the irish party of 20 or 30 had moved to the door of the hostel. Lying all over the street drinkin from bottles of wine, classy. You wouldnt even mind im not been prudish but
they do it every weekend and the same things happen in this order. 1: Murder kicks off, a really big fight. 2: Cops called and some fellas dragged off. 3: Cops around the rooms and pick up the few fellas who ran up to hide(they take no shit over here...id no they did me for a driving offence i wont go in to). 4: The hostel wont extend there stay and they have to go trekkin for another place to stay. Its braindead and too make it worse its only the irish. the germans or french or anyone never do it.
Rachels in work again today its sunday so im off. Shes runnin the place down there, its great not havin to pay rent with all the hourse she does. We booked my electrical exam the other day, 1000bucks as the natives say. And 500 for books. But then we can get sponsored coz i'll be legal to work so its exciting stuff.
Went to Kings Park today we were meant to do it for agesWe heard it was like a highlight of Perth and let me say we werent disapointed. It was easily the highlight of the
trip so far. We've never seen a park like it, so well kept, lovely grass but about a millimeter high, monuments everywhere, and the park over looks Perth City Centre and the Sea and River. It was absolutely breathtaking. I'll put up photos but I half dont want to because they dont do it half the justice it deserves. It was just the most perfect place ever. Going there today with a picknick and read our books for a few hours overlooking the city. And people get married there an all coz for a girls point of you it is very romantic but the one thing i didnt like was strangers watching you. yeah were thouse strangers. There was 6 weddings on and we had a goo at all them, your allowed i think everyone was watching. I even took a sneaky pick. There was a baby shower aswel. Never before have men kept so quiet asthey did yesterday, 6 weddings and a baby shower and a suspected proposal. I know i was keeping queit anyway, all the men were. Trying not to draw attention to ourselves. ha just kiddin, it was actually a great day. But i did tell
Rachel i thought it was weird that there wasnt one baby at the baby shower. Dont worry, she told me the gig.
Last song to check out, its huge over here, number 1 for 2 months its brilliant. Song of the year, or last year if id have heard it last year. Definitely worth a good goooooo.
