Well trying to prepare for a trip around the world is pretty full-on. So much to think about, so many different options about places, accommodation, sights and tours to research. I am trying to organise a lot now so that I don't have the hassle of changing flights and everything whilst I'm gone but also want to make sure it's all still flexible so if i'm having a fabulous time somewhere I can spend as much as time as I like .... hehe in other words my anal side is fighting with the adventurous side, who knows who'll win tho'...
Ok the plan (so far ...)
Thailand, Laos, Vietnam doing the Beyond the Mekong tour with Gecko's
Vietnam doing my own thing
Singapore - grrrr I'm gonna be there during the Great Singapore Sale and can't be shopping!
Istanbul, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic tour
Athens - cruising the Aegean baby
Rome - just not enough time there last time so i'm going back to wander the streets
Egypt - Nile Adventure tour with Gecko's, no felucca's (the sailboats with NO toilets)
London - to catch up with Kate and have a little look-see around, we're doing the monopoly tour woo hoo (poor Kate but she already said YES!)
New York City - gonna go see something on Broadway
Tour with Contiki down East Coast starts NYC and finishes New Orleans
Las Vegas - yeah baby
Los Angeles - to see my Aunty Tan, her husband Darryl and new baby girl(s) and celebrate Halloween PS it's also my birthday while i'm there so scream if u need the address to send me pressies *grin*
Cancun, Mexico doing a tour there that includes Mexico, Belize and Guatemala
Honolulu - i'm thinking a nice sleep on the beach (maybe a drink out of a coconut shell) is needed about now
Tokyo - just a quick look see since there are no direct flights back to Perth
Perth - for a nice long sleep and Christmas
Any thoughts, ideas, place I have to go in any of these places make sure you let me know!

Hey lo... wow your trip sounds full-on! if i could go with you i think i'd want to go cruising the aegean, catch either 'cats' (because you can only watch the dvd so many times) or 'wicked' (bard and kerry said it was awesome!) on broadway, then dress up as a yobo and go trick-or-treating....yeah! i'll definately be checking in to see how it all develops and make sure that while your away your having twice as much fun so i can pretend i'm enjoying it too :) oh, yeah, i missed the monopoly tour - nothing says holiday like visiting hotels on mayfair and not having to pay $2000...or will you? ;) love ya
