When we crossed the border from NT into WA we had to put our clock back 1½ hours. This meant that we hadn’t even finished lunch yet, but we had already had it. The time changed from 3.30pm back to 2pm.

Wyndham had a giant crocodile sitting outside the post office on some soft grass. Dad took my photo by it, and the croc was smiling. At the caravan park where we stayed there was a Bush Donkey that lived there. It came around Brekkie and Dinner Times for veggies and bread and whatever he could get. I reckon he was cute.

I had a plane flight over the Bungle Bungles at 6am in the morning from Kununurra. It took over 2 hours to get to the Bungle Bungles and back. We also flew over the Argyle Diamond Mine where you can get pink diamonds. We saw some in a shop in Kununurra and it was about $10,000 for a small chip of pink diamond. We saw where they get the Zebra Rock from. It is 60 million years old. I got to buy a ball made from the special Zebra Rock to keep in my room. It is

about 120 million years old. My Mum and Dad also got a ball, but made from the dark Zebra Rock which is only 60 million years old.

That day we drove to the Bungle Bungles and got to see them up close. We went to see the sun arrive in Echidna Chasm. All the oranges and reds showed up in the Chasm, but it was mostly only orange. In the afternoon we went to Piccaninny Creek and Cathedral Gorge.

At El Questro we got to swim in Zebedee Springs. It was very warm, but not hot. When you got out, you were cold as.
