After our first week we are still in Victoria having done less than 600kms.It was always going to be a week of sorting out. But we are making progress-I hope.We have replaced the electric brakes on the Landrover and are currently trying to sort out an overheating problem with the auto transmission-I see the garage tomorrow.
After leaving Jayco Bayswater with our new caravan on Mon. we headed to Warburton in the Yarra Ranges for two days shake down and equipping-an attractive spot on the Yarra River(see photo). Then to Rawson as a base to explore an old mining town called Walhalla. Finally we have come down to the Gippsland lakes for the weekend where Graham & Di have joined us for the weekend (photos).Fishing produced one crab!

Good to hear you are on the road!
Hi guys, We have wondered how you were getting on. I thought you were enjoying a Sundowner with a fellow Grey Nomad- but I see it is Graham. Cheers Tony I hope the fishing proves to be a bit more successful. Do you have satellite TV so David can watch the Masters. Cheers Tony
