I thort i would do up a gear check list for people if they wanted to know the gear i have. To me it seems good so far but its seems to change all the time but this will give you a rough idea. I do have room for more stuff but less is better.
1- Surley long haul trucker. Wheels 26*1.5 (Speedo as well)

When i read that back it seems like a shit load of gear but it all easyly fits into the 4 panniers.
I use the front 2 panniers for cooking gear and food so its real easy to get to.

Rear left is cloths laptop and sleeping bag.

Rear right is for all other eletric gear and spears for the bike keep in mind some odds and ends are in the saddle bag.

The tent and wet weather are in a dry bag on the rear rack i lay the day pack there to. Also extra water bottles if needed.

If you carnt live with the gear i have there the buy a fucken car. my bike weighs about 12kg and the gear is about 18kgs
